Actually this is true - a little known fact. They hired a hippie to stand offstage with a timer and let them know when to land. Occasionally, this person would get a little too dosed and fall over, hence anomalies like the 5/21/74/PITB which lasts for 46 minutes. I'm sure others can offer a myriad of other instances.
